Sam Marks is a dedicated real estate professional with a proven track record of more than 70 successful transactions since earning his license in 2020. Sam's passion for real estate began long before his professional career. As a teenager, he helped his parents navigate the home-buying process, sparking an interest that would only grow with time. He later joined a real estate team in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia, where he gained early exposure to the business while assisting with day-to-day operations. While studying business and political science, Sam transitioned into a sales role with the team before earning his license and ultimately pursuing real estate full-time.

Over the course of his career, Sam has built a reputation for strong communication, strategic problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to his clients' goals. Now residing in Gramercy, he has developed a particular appreciation for New York City's dynamic real estate market and rich architectural history.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, playing soccer, collecting watches, art, mid-century modern furniture, and following the Pittsburgh Steelers.
